Ecomzy promotes AI influencers as a way to produce short-form marketing content without filming every clip yourself. Yet the AI Influencer Subscription is not the same service as the Ecomzy PRO store subscription, the Performance Tiers or Ecomzy’s managed advertising. It has its own eligibility requirements, trial terms, recurring charge and responsibilities for publishing. Those details are easy to miss if you focus only on the showcase videos and seven-presenter language on the homepage.
The current Ecomzy Terms of Service describe a default seven-day trial with access to three ready-made videos, followed by $27 per week if the subscription is not canceled before renewal, unless the account’s checkout states a different price or billing frequency. This guide treats those terms as a financial and operational decision: what you can verify before subscribing, what the trial actually proves, what the recurring charge means and how cancellation and refunds differ. It does not assume access to an individual customer’s Dashboard.
First distinguish the three overlapping subscriptions
Ecomzy’s ordinary PRO subscription covers the store environment and follows its own free-trial and monthly-billing rules. Performance Tiers are a separate category of optional tools with their own weekly prices and limits. The AI Influencer Subscription is another Dashboard-based offer that provides access to downloadable content associated with a virtual persona. Paying for one does not automatically mean that the other two are included or that every listed tool becomes available.
This distinction matters in budget calculations. The homepage may advertise seven built-in creators and videos added regularly, but those claims should not be turned into a promise that a particular customer can download an unlimited number of videos for no extra cost. Section 2.12 of the Terms says Dashboard versions can differ and that only tools shown or enabled for a customer’s assigned version, or confirmed in writing, are available to that customer.
Before making any calculation, read the actual offer in the relevant account. Record whether it is a one-time media package, an AI Influencer Subscription, an Ecomzy PRO plan benefit or a separate promotional service. Similar marketing language is not proof of the same entitlements.
The seven-day trial: what is specifically included?
The default trial described in the current Terms runs for seven days and gives access to three ready-made videos. That wording does not imply three brand-new videos produced to an owner’s custom script, unrestricted exports of the entire library, or use of all available AI personas. The contract describes access to a limited set of prepared assets during the trial. Other materials may be available for a particular Dashboard version, but the public Terms do not guarantee the same library for everyone.
The first useful test is therefore not whether the homepage shows an attractive AI presenter. It is whether the three files available to your specific account can explain a real product accurately. Inspect video length, resolution, voice, aspect ratio, visible claims, end frames and required disclosures. See whether captions, profile materials or content prompts accompany them and whether the offered usage rights are clear for the social network on which you intend to post.
The seven-day duration also requires precision. Confirm the time the trial begins, the cutoff for cancellation and the time zone of the next charge. Do not infer the deadline from the date you downloaded a video; subscription creation and first use may not coincide.
What happens after the trial ends?
If the customer does not cancel before the trial expires, the published default is an automatic renewal at $27 each week, or the alternative amount and billing interval displayed at checkout. Ecomzy says it will send a reminder to the account email before the trial ends and before the first charge, specifying the amount and frequency. A reminder is useful, but it should not replace your own record of the renewal deadline.
Weekly prices are best evaluated as weekly commitments rather than casually called “monthly fees.” Four weekly renewal payments of $27 total $108, while thirteen weekly charges over thirteen weeks total $351. These are simple illustrations of the subscription amount, not forecasts of what a specific customer will be charged. Transaction-related fees may be shown at checkout, and any alternative plan or legacy price must override the standard example. A calendar month does not always equal exactly four weeks.
The subscription buys access to the described materials, not an obligation for Ecomzy to generate sales, run a social account or deliver a fixed number of orders. That difference is necessary for evaluating the service fairly.

What “AI influencer” means in the contractual description
The Terms define the persona as a virtual AI-generated marketing character, not a real person, employee, independent influencer or customer. Materials may include videos, captions, profile assets, prompts and other downloadable marketing items. Users can download and independently publish permitted materials to their own accounts. The wording leaves room for the contents of the library to vary by offer and Dashboard version.
This is a useful distinction from hiring a real creator to speak about a product. The synthetic presenter does not have a genuine personal history or independent experience of using the product. A store owner should not attach fabricated first-person testimonials to the character or suggest that it is a real purchaser. Claims about features, price, expected results or medical or financial effects still need substantiation, regardless of how convincingly the avatar delivers them.
If you plan to build a recurring series with a single persona, check that its voice, look and license remain usable for the planned duration. Ecomzy reserves the right to modify or discontinue personalities and assets. A complete visual campaign should not depend on a specific presenter always remaining available.
Downloadable media is different from publication
The AI Influencer Subscription does not promise to create, operate, publish to or manage the customer’s social accounts unless Ecomzy expressly agrees otherwise in writing. The customer is responsible for downloading, checking, editing, scheduling, posting and moderating the materials. The customer also must comply with advertising rules, copyright restrictions and each social platform’s synthetic-media policies.
This is a practical workload. Even if a clip is already rendered, the operator still needs a current destination URL, accurate product claims, suitable captions, a posting account, comment moderation and a consistent response to buyer questions. Publishing a vertical video without reviewing its claims can create misleading product expectations. Posting it on a platform that requires an AI-content label may create compliance problems if the label is omitted.
It is therefore reasonable to evaluate the subscription as a media asset source, not a done-for-you social marketing department. Our separate guide, Where Does Ecomzy Publish AI Influencer Content?, explains the publication responsibility in more detail.
Seven homepage creators versus a paid AI Influencer Subscription
The Ecomzy homepage has described seven ready-to-use influencers and a growing video library. The contractual subscription section, by contrast, defines a specific paid Dashboard service with a default limited trial and recurring charges. These are different levels of description. A marketing page can illustrate what the ecosystem offers; a subscription contract determines which service, quantity and price are available to a particular customer.
Avoid assuming that a trial with three videos unlocks the entire seven-creator catalog, or that seven homepage characters mean seven separate subscriptions. The Terms do not supply a guaranteed mapping between those claims. The correct investigation is account-specific: identify the named offer, the number of included or downloadable videos, any persona restrictions, and what changes on the first paid renewal.
This distinction also prevents overlap with Ecomzy Social Media Packages, which are described separately as pre-prepared toolkits. Having two sources of social content is not the same as receiving publication on third-party accounts. Buyers should compare deliverables and rights, not only marketing adjectives such as “automated” and “ready to post.”
How Dashboard versions change availability
Section 2.12 expressly permits different Ecomzy Dashboard versions based on account type, signup process, subscription and internal criteria. A customer receives the version assigned to them and is not guaranteed the right to switch. Tools available in one version may not appear in another. This applies to the AI Influencer Subscription as well as other services.
For a fair review, a public screenshot must not be treated as proof that every subscriber will see an identical AI menu. A plan may be described publicly without appearing in an individual account. Conversely, an existing subscriber can have legitimate legacy terms that differ from newly advertised ones. The Terms say existing active and fully paid legacy AI Influencer Subscription plans may continue under the prices and limits applicable when they joined, subject to eligibility and account standing.
When comparing offers, ask for the specific product name, a screenshot of the checkout terms and confirmation of the assigned feature access. The safest statement is that the standard terms apply unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, not that every account will certainly pay $27 every seven days.
A cost example without imaginary performance forecasts
Consider a reader evaluating whether the asset library fits their workflow. During the standard seven-day trial, they can review three videos. If they allow four paid renewals at the listed default weekly rate, the base subscription amount is $108. That amount says nothing about how many sales will result. The reader would still need to prepare or adapt the creative, publish it and track responses on their own platforms.
A better budget document has separate lines for the store subscription, any Performance Tier, the AI Influencer Subscription, independent production expenses and paid advertisements if used. This keeps the media subscription from disappearing inside a broad “Ecomzy costs” estimate. If checkout adds a processing or international service adjustment, include the actual displayed amount instead of assuming a universal flat total.
The goal is to evaluate the service on controlled variables: quality and relevance of the delivered clips, rights, ease of use, consistency and time saved producing acceptable content. Orders and reach are external outcomes and are not part of the guaranteed subscription deliverable.
What to record before clicking subscribe
Save the plan name, checkout date and exact local time, the displayed trial duration, how many assets are included, the first renewal date, the weekly or other recurring amount and any additional fees. Also note the email address where Ecomzy will send the reminder. If the checkout lists a different amount or frequency than the public Terms’ default, keep the checkout confirmation because it governs your particular offer.
For workflow, confirm the output formats and whether captions are included. Review one file end to end before publishing. A technically sharp video can still be unusable if it contains an inaccurate product price, a misleading first-person endorsement or a link to an inactive store.
A practical trial evaluation scorecard
Rate each accessible video using five criteria rather than generic excitement. Product match: is the content about an item you genuinely offer? Accuracy: are its verbal and visual claims supportable? Platform fit: does the aspect ratio and format suit the platform you control? Editing effort: can you bring the asset to publication standard without extensive reconstruction? Rights and disclosures: do you understand the usage permission and synthetic-media labels?
Keep separate notes for each of the three trial files. Three strong videos aimed at different products can be more useful than a large catalog of repetitive presentations. Likewise, a library of polished clips may not be economical if each requires extensive rewriting or cannot link clearly to the customer’s offer. The trial should be treated as an evidence-gathering period, not a promise that a week is enough to prove advertising return on investment.
For an editorial record, make a table with video title, persona, duration, intended product, observed defect, edit required and publication decision. An ordinary spreadsheet is sufficient. Avoid sharing identifiable customer details or private dashboard credentials when requesting support.
What cancellation actually stops
The Terms allow the customer to cancel the AI Influencer Subscription through the Dashboard or by contacting Ecomzy Support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it is not automatically a request for a refund of a past payment. This point matters because a person can successfully cancel and still need to submit a distinct refund request within the applicable period.
Before cancellation, record the subscription identifier if shown, the charge dates and the exact plan. After cancellation, capture the status or written confirmation and check whether another subscription remains active. Canceling the AI media service is not necessarily the same as canceling Ecomzy PRO, and the reverse should not be assumed either. Each subscription has its own billing terms and may require separate attention.
If the Dashboard does not offer the expected action, use the support contact identified in the terms rather than trying a third-party plugin or browser workaround. A clear, dated written request makes it easier to reconcile the account with subsequent billing.
The refund rule that is easy to overlook
Ecomzy describes a specific refund rule for subscription-based Dashboard services, including the AI Influencer Subscription and Product Growth Subscription. Under that rule, the most recent subscription charge can be refunded in full when a request is made within thirty days of the charge. Charges for earlier billing periods are excluded; even if several occurred within the same thirty-day window, only the latest is eligible under the stated rule.
This differs from the separate terms for one-time Dashboard services, which use a different timing and retention formula. Readers should not apply the one-time purchase formula to the weekly AI subscription. The Terms direct customers to contact [email protected] for subscription refunds. Keep the date of the most recent charge, the request date and the response, because the timing is part of the stated eligibility.
Nothing in this explanation should be read as a promise of a refund outside the published conditions or as a substitute for statutory consumer rights where applicable. Contract language and mandatory local rights may interact, and an unusual dispute may require professional advice.

Questions to ask when you are evaluating the next paid week
At the end of the trial, make a decision based on the quality of materials already received and the work you plan to perform in the next billing period. Which video is ready for publication? How much editing does the next batch require? Will another week’s access materially add to your content schedule? Can you verify the actual price before renewal? Do you have the time and rights to distribute the content responsibly?
A useful decision can be “continue,” “cancel before renewal,” or “seek clarification.” All three are better than letting a weekly subscription roll over because the homepage display looked impressive. Recurring media access should earn its place in the operating budget by providing usable, accurately described assets.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI Influencer trial the same as the Ecomzy PRO free trial?
No. Ecomzy PRO has separate store subscription terms, while the AI Influencer Subscription is an optional Dashboard-based service for eligible accounts. The published default for the AI service is a seven-day trial; the PRO offer commonly describes a fourteen-day trial. Check both independently.
How many AI videos can I use during the trial?
The terms say the default trial provides access to three ready-made videos, unless the checkout specifies different conditions. Do not assume a guaranteed number of custom-generated videos or unrestricted access to every homepage persona.
Is $27 per week guaranteed for everyone?
No. That is the standard renewal figure stated in the Terms, qualified by “or at the price and billing frequency displayed at checkout.” Existing legacy plans may have different terms. Confirm the actual offer shown to the account before subscribing.
Does Ecomzy publish the content to my Instagram or TikTok account?
Not under the standard AI Influencer Subscription description. The customer downloads, checks, edits and publishes the materials independently. Any account-management arrangement would need to be expressly agreed in writing.
Can I cancel before the first paid charge?
The Terms say cancellation before the trial ends prevents the automatic renewal. Because deadline timing matters, do it in advance, keep proof and verify the subscription status rather than relying only on a reminder email.
If I cancel after paying, is a refund automatic?
No. Cancellation stops future renewals but is not itself a refund request. The stated subscription refund rule allows the most recent charge to be requested back within thirty days; earlier billing periods are not covered by that provision.
Does the subscription promise sales or followers?
No. The Terms specifically warn that performance examples are illustrative and that no particular orders, reach, conversions, engagement or profits are guaranteed. Evaluate deliverables and usability, not hypothetical results.
Final assessment
The AI Influencer Subscription is most clearly understood as a paid source of downloadable synthetic-presenter marketing assets. Its standard terms are specific: three trial videos over seven days, then $27 per week unless the individual checkout specifies otherwise. The subscriber remains the publisher, and renewal cancellation is distinct from a refund request. Those facts give buyers a practical basis for a decision without inventing follower growth, guaranteed production quantities or access to private Dashboard functions.
