The information we receive depends on how you use Ecomzy.net.
2. User reviews and email verification
When you submit a review, Ecomzy.net stores the review privately first. The review form asks for your name, email address, rating, title and review text.
Your email address is used to send a verification link and for moderation-related purposes. The verification link expires after 48 hours. If verification succeeds, the review can move to editorial moderation. Approved reviews may display the reviewer name, rating, review title, review text and publication date. The email address itself is not displayed publicly.
An Email verified label means only that the submitted email address was verified. It does not mean that Ecomzy.net has verified a purchase, identity, transaction or every factual statement in a review.
3. How we use information
We use information only for purposes connected with operating Ecomzy.net, including:
- processing and moderating user reviews;
- sending review-verification messages;
- preventing spam, duplicate submissions, fraud and technical abuse;
- maintaining security and troubleshooting site errors;
- publishing approved user reviews;
- responding to valid privacy or legal requests;
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar privacy law applies, the legal basis depends on the activity. Review publication is based on the submitter's affirmative request and consent to publication. Security, abuse prevention, moderation and basic website operation may rely on legitimate interests. Processing may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation where applicable.
You may withdraw consent to future processing that is based on consent, subject to legal or administrative reasons that may require limited retention of certain records.
5. Service providers and third parties
We use a limited number of infrastructure and service providers to operate the website.
Website requests are processed through hosting infrastructure. Server logs may contain technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps and user-agent information.
Review-verification emails are sent through Resend. To deliver those messages, the recipient email address, recipient name and message content are transmitted to the email provider. Resend publishes its own privacy policy and data-processing documentation.

7. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, website security, moderation, dispute resolution or applicable legal requirements.
- Review rate-limit data: approximately 15 minutes.
- Email-verification links: expire after 48 hours.
- Submitted reviews and associated moderation records: may remain stored until they are deleted or are no longer needed for moderation, publication, recordkeeping or legal purposes.
- Server and security logs: may be retained for a limited operational period determined by server configuration and hosting requirements.
There is currently no automatic public-review deletion schedule. A review may remain published until it is removed by Ecomzy.net or following a valid request that requires removal.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights over personal information held about you. These may include the right to:
- request access to personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion where the legal conditions are met;
- restrict certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant submission without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
