Ecomzy is not built around a single headline feature. Its current public offer combines store infrastructure, a digital-product catalog, payments, analytics, owner-facing dashboard tools and a growing marketing layer. The useful question is therefore not “does Ecomzy have features?” but which features belong to the core platform, which solve day-to-day operating tasks, and which sit in optional paid layers.
This article stays focused on the feature set itself. It does not repeat our pricing analysis, evaluate support quality, explain the 14-day trial in detail, or turn the feature list into an overall verdict.

The core platform features
Ecomzy’s current pricing page presents the base Ecomzy PRO offer around a set of infrastructure and operating features: an online store with hosting, a domain, SSL certificate, built-in payments, fraud protection, the Ecomzy Dashboard, advanced analytics and priority support.
Those features form the foundation of the service. They are different from optional marketing packages, Performance Tiers and separately purchased Dashboard services described elsewhere in Ecomzy’s Terms.
That distinction matters because the public site presents the whole ecosystem as one seamless experience. From a research perspective, however, it is useful to separate core access from optional capability layers.
1. Turnkey online store and hosting
The first feature is the storefront itself. Ecomzy positions the store as prepared rather than blank. The current pricing page says the online store and hosting are included, while the Terms describe the turnkey store as a WordPress site using the Ecomzy platform plugin together with hosting supplied through the service.
This changes the user’s starting point. Instead of selecting hosting, installing WordPress, configuring ecommerce software and assembling the technical stack independently, the user receives access to a store environment that Ecomzy has already prepared.
Store design flexibility is a separate usability question. The feature-level fact is simply that the website infrastructure is part of the subscription rather than an external prerequisite.
2. Domain, SSL and basic infrastructure
Ecomzy’s pricing materials currently list a domain and SSL certificate as included components. The Terms add that the standard store creation can include a free domain unless the user chooses a premium domain or supplies an existing one.
These are basic features, but they reduce the number of separate services a new operator has to coordinate. Domain setup, hosting and SSL are usual requirements for a functioning ecommerce site, so bundling them into the platform simplifies the initial technical stack.
3. Digital-product access
The current consumer-facing Ecomzy pages strongly emphasize digital products. Ecomzy describes its catalog as including downloadable tools, guides and other digital resources, and its Terms include a dedicated section describing digital products such as guides, ebooks, online courses and educational or informational materials.
The important feature distinction is that product access is part of the environment. That differs from creator-commerce platforms that assume the seller already owns the product library before opening the store.
Product quality, intellectual-property terms, margins and commercial performance deserve their own analysis. Here, the feature is the existence of a supplied catalog that can be used through the Ecomzy ecosystem.
4. Built-in payments
Ecomzy’s current pricing FAQ says stores come with the platform’s own payment system installed and activated by default. The page lists support for major card networks and methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
The practical significance is straightforward: the owner is not expected to begin by sourcing and integrating a payment gateway from scratch.
This should not be confused with a detailed analysis of transaction economics, commissions or payout rules. Those are financial-policy questions. The feature itself is pre-integrated payment acceptance.
5. Fraud protection
The current Ecomzy PRO pricing page lists fraud protection alongside built-in payments. Public materials do not expose the complete internal risk stack, so it would be inappropriate to infer how fraud scoring works or compare it with specialist payment-risk products without additional evidence.
For feature mapping, the useful point is that Ecomzy treats payment security and fraud controls as part of the platform rather than something every store owner must source independently.
6. Ecomzy Dashboard
The Dashboard is the owner-facing operating surface. Ecomzy describes it as a place to run the business, receive updates and access the tools tied to the account. The Terms also describe the Ecomzy account as the place where customers can manage subscription activity, monitor orders and access additional services.
That means the Dashboard is more than a reporting page. It is the control layer that connects the store, account, services and operational information.
Whether the Dashboard is intuitive, fast or beginner-friendly belongs in our separate ease-of-use analysis. In this article, the feature is centralized owner access to the main platform functions.
7. Analytics and reporting
Advanced analytics are listed as part of the current base offer. Ecomzy’s public store pages also describe performance analytics as a way to monitor traffic, sales and customer behavior.
The value of analytics depends on the depth and quality of the available data, but the feature intent is clear: operators are not expected to manage a store entirely without performance visibility.

8. Marketing tools
Marketing is now one of the most visible parts of Ecomzy’s public positioning. The main website promotes AI influencers, social-media-oriented promotion and Ecomzy Mall exposure, while the Terms describe a much larger menu of promotional and content-related services.
The key feature distinction is that not every marketing capability should automatically be treated as part of the $39 base subscription. The Terms describe Performance Tiers and additional Dashboard services that can unlock or sell separate tools.
- Platform-level marketing access: promotional functions and marketing surfaces built into the broader ecosystem.
- Optional growth tools: features whose availability depends on a Performance Tier, add-on, separate package or current Dashboard offer.
9. Performance Tier tools
Ecomzy’s Terms currently describe optional Performance Tiers that sit on top of an active Ecomzy PRO subscription. Higher tiers can unlock tools such as email marketing, backlinks, social-media marketing, SEO blog posts, design customization, YouTube marketing, promotional videos, Instagram and TikTok tools and theme access.
Because those tiers are separate from the underlying PRO subscription, they should not be presented as though every subscriber automatically receives the full toolset.
This is one of the most important distinctions in the Ecomzy feature architecture: the ecosystem is broader than the base plan.
10. Priority support and guidance
Priority Support is listed on the current Ecomzy PRO pricing page. Ecomzy’s About and store pages also describe dedicated support and one-on-one guidance as part of the broader experience.
The existence of support is a feature. The speed, consistency and quality of support are different questions, which is why we cover them separately in our Ecomzy Support analysis.
How the feature architecture fits together
The easiest way to think about Ecomzy’s feature set is as three layers.
Layer one: core infrastructure. Store, hosting, domain, SSL, payments and basic platform access get the business environment online.
Layer two: owner operations. Dashboard, analytics, product access and account controls help the operator run the store.
Layer three: growth and expansion. Marketing tools, Performance Tier features and separately purchased services extend the base environment.
That layered model is more useful than a giant checklist because it shows what each feature is actually for.
