Ecomzy’s Terms of Service are much broader than the short feature summaries on the marketing site. They cover the base subscription, higher PRO plans, Performance Tiers, trial and renewal rules, cancellation, refunds, additional Dashboard services, service fees and platform-specific operating conditions.
This article is a reading guide, not legal advice. Its purpose is to show which sections deserve attention before a user relies on a headline price or simplified marketing description.

What document are we looking at?
The current Ecomzy Terms of Service page says it was last updated in February 2026. It governs use of the Ecomzy website and software and contains detailed sections for subscriptions, Performance Tiers, services, fees, digital products, account rules and other operational matters.
The first thing to understand is that the Terms are not only about the $39/month subscription. They also contain rules for services that can be purchased through the Dashboard or added to the account.
1. Ecomzy PRO subscription terms
The Terms currently describe three Ecomzy PRO subscription levels:
- Basic: $39/month, up to 5,000 products and 4 GB of server space.
- Advanced: $99/month, up to 10,000 products and 10 GB; the Terms say it becomes available after at least three consecutive months of payment.
- Ultimate: $299/month, up to 20,000 products and 50 GB; the same three-month availability condition is described.
The public pricing page currently emphasizes one $39/month plan. The Terms therefore contain more plan structure than the main pricing presentation foregrounds.
2. Performance Tiers are a separate subscription layer
The Terms say Performance Tiers are optional add-on subscriptions used together with an active Ecomzy PRO subscription. They do not replace the PRO subscription.
The current Terms list Basic, Plus, Advanced, Pro and Elite Performance Tiers, with different order limits and tool availability. Paid tiers are billed separately and follow their own billing cycle.
One particularly important clause says Performance Tier upgrades may happen automatically based on account usage, including activation of additional tools or reaching applicable order-volume thresholds. The Dashboard is supposed to display applicable tier changes and pricing.

3. Trial and automatic renewal
The Terms describe a 14-day free trial for Ecomzy PRO. Importantly, the trial starts when store access details are provided, not necessarily at the exact moment the checkout form is completed.
After the trial ends, the Terms say the subscription is automatically charged to the payment method supplied at signup unless the user cancels. They also say a reminder email is sent three days before the trial period ends.
4. Cancellation affects the store and feature access
The Terms currently describe in-account cancellation through My Account → Plans → options menu → Unsubscribe and Delete Store.
The stated impact is broader than stopping a recurring charge. Cancellation also cancels the free turnkey store and suspends access to Ecomzy features associated with the subscription.
5. Subscription refunds
The Terms say Ecomzy provides a 100% refund for the latest subscription payment when requested within 30 days of that payment date. Monthly refunds are described as applying only to the current payment period, not previous months.
Annual-subscription refunds are also subject to a 30-day request window in the current Terms.
Those rules apply to the subscription itself. They should not automatically be generalized to every additional service.
6. Additional services can have their own rules
A major part of the Terms is devoted to separate services and promotional packages. These can have their own prices, delivery conditions, refund rules and revision policies.
Many service sections say the purchase becomes non-refundable once work has started, materials have been provisioned or the service has been delivered. Some Dashboard purchases are described under a broader refund framework that treats early requests differently from later requests.
The practical lesson is simple: do not assume the main subscription refund policy applies to every purchase inside the Ecomzy ecosystem.
7. Service fees
The Terms also describe platform service fees on certain transactions. The current document says a 15% service fee applies to relevant services and a 19% fee applies to purchases of Ecomzy Order Processing Credits.
These charges are different from the recurring Ecomzy PRO subscription and different again from Performance Tier subscription fees.
8. Digital-product ownership and rights
The Terms contain a dedicated digital-products section stating that Ecomzy’s digital products include guides, ebooks, online courses and other educational or informational materials.
The document says the products are created by the Ecomzy team and that Ecomzy holds exclusive rights and/or licenses to those materials. It also says they are not repackaged PLR content.
9. The Terms contain broader language than the current marketing pages
The consumer-facing Ecomzy pages now emphasize a digital-product, no-conventional-inventory model. The Terms, however, still contain broader language about catalogs, fulfillment and operational structures that do not always mirror the simplified marketing presentation.
That does not automatically invalidate either source. It does mean users should read the contractual document in full rather than assuming every sentence on a marketing page captures the complete operating model.
10. Ecomzy reserves the ability to change plans and features
The Terms say Ecomzy may offer new subscription plans and change plans and features over time. Performance Tier features and limits can also be updated.
This is common in SaaS agreements, but it has a practical consequence: screenshots and pricing summaries can become outdated faster than the legal page itself.

- When exactly does the 14-day trial start?
- Is a Performance Tier active or likely to change based on usage?
- Are you purchasing any separate Dashboard services?
- Which refund clause applies to that specific purchase?
- Are any platform service fees added at checkout?
- What happens to your store if the core subscription is canceled?
